My School is Torturing Me...
Well basically, I have to wake up at 7 o-clock, eat breakfast, and then take my 100 pound back pack, that's like on the brink of breaking into a million pieces, outside, in the 16 degree weather, with my dry hands, and wait for the bus for like 10 minutes. Then I get on the bus and go Math class, and then I have to take a super duper hard test that's on proportions and ratios, and then I have to go to German class, where I take another hard test on different verb forms of long and crazy German words. After the German test, I have to take a Biology test on meiosis and mitosis. If this isn't enough, I have an appointment to register for surgery in Herrin (which is like 15 minutes away), so me and my Dad take an old green 68' Ford truck down there, that's also on the brink of breaking into a million pieces. By this time it's like 11:30, and we have to wait almost an hour so that the doctor can tell me I can't eat or drink anything 24 hours before my surgery. So anyway, we haven't had lunch, so we decide to get back into the truck and go back to eat some lunch, and then my dad will drop me off at the school. It isn't that simple though, because we get in the truck, my dad tries to start it. BOOM. It's not starting. We tried like 50 times, and it still wouldn't start.
So, it's about 1 o clock, and we go back into the orthopedic Center (where I had to register for surgery to take the pin out of my arm), and we call a tow truck. The guy says in about 30 minutes he will get here. So, we are waiting in the truck for like 3 hours for this guy to show up, and remember it's 16 degrees out and we still haven't eaten lunch! So, its about four o clock when the guy shows up, and he drops us off at the Auto Shop. At this point things start getting better.
We walk about a mile to a really cool restaurant, it's like a place that serves gyros and corn dogs and hamburgers and such, and then we go all the way to SIU, get the car and go home. And then I think to myself, "uh-oh. There's another day of school tomorrow."
